Website: Regener-Eyes® Ophthalmic Solution, Professional Strength products must be refrigerated once opened. Once opened, each vial must be kept refrigerated and used within 90 days. Regener-Eyes® Ophthalmic Solution, Professional Strength has a shelf life of three (3) years when stored at refrigerated conditions. Regener-Eyes® Ophthalmic Solution, LITE can be stored at room temperature until use. Once opened, each vial can be stored at room temperature and used within 90 days. Regener-Eyes® Ophthalmic Solution, LITE has a shelf life of three (3) years when stored at room temperature if unopened.

Package insert: “It is recommended that RegenerEyes Ophthalmic Solution be in a maintained refrigerative state at 2-8 degrees C once received.”

DailyMed: (Professional Strength) “Store at refrigerated conditions once the bottle closure is activated to the open position.” (LITE) “Store at Room Temperature.”

Patient reports: Patients have reported to us that the company told them verbally or on email that after conducting additional testing, they determined that Regener-Eyes Professional Strength is also stable at room temperature, and therefore they are no longer shipping it with ice packs.

Our experience: Samples of Regener-Eyes Professional Strength were sent to us by the manufacturer in 1Q2022 in an envelope with no temperature control.
